Reichsguldiner (Reichsguldener) of 72 Kreuzers in accordance with the Augsburg Reichsmünzordnung of 1551. Just like its successor of 60 Kreuzers which was struck based on the second Augsburg Reichsmünzordnung of 1559, the Reichsguldiner was not sucessfull against the Taler, which in accordance with the Reichsmünzedikt of 1566 became the standard huge silver denomination of the Reich. |
