Pflug, Christoph (1644-17.03.1693) |
Worked as mintmaster for the city of Magdeburg from 1672 to 1678 and again in 1682/83. He signs with his initials CP. As of 1667 he was an assistant at the Berlin mint. In mid-1669 he was relocated to Krossen as a writer and cashier (Münzschreiber- und kassierer). Took his new office in Mageburg on 1 August 1672. Leaseholder of the Anhalt mint at Zerbst in 1674, resigning the latter post on 13 May 1690. Pflug died in 1693. Lit.: A. Knoke - C.
