Rostocker Bank |
Founded in 1850 the Rostocker Bank also operated as a State Bank until 1877/1878. It merged with the Mecklenburgischen Depositen- und Wechselbank in 1933 and was continued only as a branch therof (from 1943 of the Mecklenburger Bank, Schwerin). In 1964 it became a part of the Norddeutsche Hypotheken- und Wechselbank. In 1936 the Rostocker Bank donated objects to the Münzkabinett Berlin. |
