	The Messamt Königsberg in Prussia was the organizer of the Deutsche Ostmesse (German East Fair), which had taken place in Königsberg since 1920 in order to economically promote the province of East Prussia, which was cut off from the German Reich by the “Polish Corridor” after the First World War.
