Julius Cahn's former employee Elisabeth Button founded the Frankurter Münzhandlung in 1936. Following her death in 1963 the company continued its business keeping the name while run by her husband Ruprecht Georg Wolf (1916-1993). Wolf in 1988 sold the company, which now was called Frankfurter Münzhandlung GmbH. Lit.: U.
