The name M. Valerius M. f. Etruscus is attested on a lead token from Rome of the second century AD. According to M. Rostowzew, Römische Bleitesserae. Ein Beitrag zur Sozial- und Wirtschaftsgeschichte der römischen Kaiserzeit (1905) p. 105 he is to be identified as a legate attested in AD 152, compare PIR III p. 356 no. 48. |
