Strategos in in Hadrianotherae/Mysia during the reigns of Septimius Severus and Caracalla. His name, often abberaviated to Moschianos, appears always combined with the title of strategos. A coin struck during the sole reign of Caracalla with the legend EPI CTP AVP ATTAΛOV MOCXIANOV AΔPIANOΘHPEITΩN TO B [Gemini, LLC, Auction 1 of 11 January.2005 lot 404] provides testimony for a second term in office.
