First archon and stephanophoros in Maeonia/Lydia during the reign of Traianus Decius. Apphianos the younger. His name and the office as First Archon (sometimes for the second time: ΑΡΧ Α ΤΟ Β) is attested on coins issued under Trajan Decius, see RPC IX nos 725-732.
