Mazakes (333/332 BC), satrap of Egypt, later in Babylonia?

Mazaces was the last Achaemenid satrap of ancient Egypt during the late reign of Darius III. Mazaces succeeded Sabaces after the latter's death at the battle of Issus in 333 BCE. When until Alexander the Great invaded Egypt in late 332 BC Masaces surrendered. He is possibly identical with Masaces, satrap of Babylonia from c. 331 to 316 BC.
