Numismatist, merchant, wine cooper, wine wholesaler, purveyor to the Royal Saxon court and art collector in Meißen. Horn put together a huge universal collection, which also contained numerous coins and medals. In 1938, 1940, and 1941 Horn donated objects to the Münzkabinett Berlin. |
