Name variant: Caspar. From 1609 to 1611 mintmaster (officially called mint-administrator) in Oldendorf for the counts of Holstein-Schauenburg. From 1610 until 1617 mintmaster in Blomberg for the counts of Lippe. On 29 April 1620 again appointed for one year as mint-administrator in Oldendorf, as of 29 April 1621 Kaspar Kohl was accompanied by his brother Melchior Kohl. Dismissal in October 1621. Again active in Oldendorf from 1635 until 1640? Kohl's symbol are a Zainhaken (mint'mastertool) and lion? Lit.: H. Ihl - A.
