Ruppert, Franke (30.10.1888-1971) |
Graphic artist and engraver. Franke was a student of Alfred Cossmann and worked for the Austro-Hungarian Bank and then for the Hungarian and Austrian National Bank. He engraved numerous Pengő banknotes as well as, among others, the 10-Schilling banknote of 1950. He also designed bookplates, as well as engravings and drawings for postcards. |
