Syllaeus (-6 v. Chr.)

High ranking official at the court of the Nabataean king Obodas III, who following the latters death in 9 BC seized power for a brief period.

His name appears in an abbreviated form on coins of Obodas III and Aretas IV.

Extradited to Rome and executed there in 6 BC.
