Biaggi de Blasys, Leo (1906-15.11.1979) |
Swiss industrialist and sport functionary. Delegate of the International Red Cross during World War Two. Lived in Italy. Biaggi de Blasys owned a huge and important collection of more than 2,300 Roman gold coins and a smaller, unfortunately not documented collection of Greek coins. His collection was sold by himself to Bank Leu and Marco Ratto in 1978. Lit.: A. Walker - S.
