Pammenes

Second magistrate attested in Athens in 66/65 BC [Thompson issue 97]. Again attested as second magistrate in 62/61 BC [Thompson issue 101]. From Marathon from a famous and influential family. Probably Archon of 83/82 BC and grandfather of Pammenes, who was Gymnasiarch and priest of Apollo in Delos, Agoranommos in 27 BC, and then priest of Augustus and Roma in Athens (Habicht 1991, p. 15).
