Thoinos

Third magistrate attested in Athens in 114/113 BC [issue 51]. In the following year attested as second magistrate in 113/112 BC [issue 52]. The name is rare in Athens, common only in Ankyle and Atene. Probably brother or nephew of Limenios, who had written and composed a hymnus to Apollo for the Pythais in 128/127 BC (Habicht 1991, p. 21 f.):
