Consul suffectus (AD 73 and 98), and consul ordinarius (in AD 100, together with emperor Trajan). As Proconsul of Asia (AD 84/85) his name and title (anthypatos) appears on pseudo-autonomous coins issued in Smyrna: RPC II nos. 1012-1014. The author of e.g. De aquaeductu urbis Romae. Lit.
