Meno Auerbach, Friedrich-Wilhelm-Strasse 8, Berlin. Purchase by the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1933. It is not known if he is the same idividual as a Mr Auerbach of Hamburg resp. Berlin, attested in 1897, 1912, and 1914. He may be identicial with a Meno Auerbach, born in 1877, who was deported from Berlin to Riga in 1942, and was subsequently killed in the Shoa. |
