Billerbeck probably originates from the same Schaumburg-Lippe family as that of the mintmaster Julius Bilderbeck/Billerbeck. Since August 9, 1618 at the latest, tenant and mintmaster at the Brakel mint, but probably since 1616, certainly since 1617 in the service of the Paderborn bishopric, in which he remained until 1622.
