Publius Licinius Cornelius Saloninus Valerianus (or ... Gallienus) was the middle of three sons of the emperor Gallienus and his wife Salonina. Elevated to the rank of Caesar in the first half of AD 258. In autumn of AD 260 Saloninus took the title of Augustus in Cologne. During the revolt of Postumus Saloninus was taken captive and executed by him. |
