Heynen to the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1936 (objekt number 18200646). Additional pieces of ancient art and coins are today kept by the Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf. Heynen's library of some 5,000 volumes was given in 1979 to the library of the Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf.
