Turkish general baron Baron Albert von Gersdorff (Gerstdorff), Ömer Pascha al-Tawil. From von Gersdorff's bequest coins of Palmyra entered the holdings of the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1882 via Johann Heinrich Mordtmann, who was the brother of Gersdorff's wife Doris (born 1841). See J.
