	Numismatist, collector of coins and medals of Pommerania. Hoffmann took over the collection of Emil Bahrfeldt. Hoffmann worked as a coin dealer between 1918 and 1927 (Firma R. Kube, Inhaber T. Hoffmann, see there). Head of the Berlin Numismatic Society from 1929 to 1943. He sold the Pommerania collection to the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1930. Donation by Dr Hoffmann to the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1936 (false Sestertius of Hadrian).
