Obverse	OC HΛΠIKE ΠAN-TA KATOPΘOI [Hos Helitike Panta Katorthoi]. Romanus III. mit Krone und Stola (loros) steht auf einem runden Kissen in der Vorderansicht. In seiner r. Hand hält er ein langen Patriarchenkreuz und in seiner l. Hand einen Globus (sphaira), darauf ein Patriarchenkreuz.
Reverse	+ ΠAPΘENE - COI ΠOΛVAINE [Parthene Soi Polyaine]. Die Heilige Jungfrau Maria steht mit einem Nimbus in der Vorderansicht und hält in ihrem l. Arm das ebenfalls nimbierte Christuskind. Die r. Hand ist im Segensgestus erhoben. Beiderseits M-Θ.
