Ryall, Henry (1777-1840) |
Henry Ryall, candlemaker and grocer at Catherine Hill, Frome Selwood, Somersetshire. He was the father of the engraver Henry Thomas Ryall (1807-1867). Ryall issued tokens in 1811 in company with Willoughby & Sons, Sinkins, Sparks, and Griffith & Gough (all merchants from Frome Selwood). Lit.: P. and B. R. Withers, The Token Book.
