| Name | Markl, Major Andreas (26.04.1829 - 06.05.1913) | 
| Markl served as an office in the K. and k. army and retired in 1870 as honorary Major. He was the brother of Moritz Markl (1824-1902). He then worked for the Museum Francisco-Carolinum, the later Museum of Upper Austria. As a coin collector Markl was part of the so-called Missong circle. His collection is now partly in Linz, the parts of Claudius II and Quintillus came to the coin cabinet in Vienna. | |
