From 1786 to 1800 also a duke of Sagan. The Biron collection was purchased by the Münzkabinett Berlin in 1818 (226 Greek, 190 Roman Republican coins, 75 Roman Imperial coins in gold, 863 in silver, and 1,282 of bronze, a total of 2,736 coins, for which 2,885 Talers were paid according to Pinder.
