Image rights regulations for medalists now visible in the Authority File Portal (NDP)
The image rights policy stored in the ikmk.net's person management system for the role of medalist is now also displayed in the corresponding person entry in the NDP.
For ikmk.net, the applicable copyright arrangement - specifically absolute restriction, partial permission, and registration with VG Bild-Kunst - are managed centrally. To improve understanding, these regulations, which are based on German and European Union law, are now also displayed within the individual's entry in the NDP.
